Crybaby's Post; THE GIRL HAD AN AX TO GRIND OR SOMETHING TO PROTECT AT HOME

Dear sir,

I would have made this report before but I thought I had to call. The way Rose claims against Bob were handled was heavy handed, unethical, and not called for by the known facts. The girl had an ax to grind or something to protect at home, and somebody in the company just caved in instead of doing the fair thing. The discipline is unethical, and employees know that. Management knows it too. The choices of reasons for not talking to my supervisor are all the choices. Nobody is supposed to talk. Bob won't talk and nobody wants to talk to Rose unless they have to. Some people will talk though, and thats how the facts are known, and also because everybody knew about their relationship and there wasn't anything ugly in it or anything she could find harassment in. Not supposed to talk is another ethics matter, because the values poster gives permission to talk. What was done to Bob needs to be reconsidered and undone as much as it can.
