Mr. Lees your a great writer. The only person who might could write like that is the person you think we purport to support, but what we support is principle. maybe the person will be ok. Couldn't you be just as angry about what she did and started as about the message to her? That message had facts and serious questions, and shes not as damaged as the damage she caused. She had to leave sick. That's unfortunate, but she did a real vicious personal attack where the victim was forced to leave and has been sick ever since. Where is the management support for that victim?

You said you would address our message to Rick under a separate response, and we waited for six months. and did not get it. Nobody has replied to anything except you, but you weren't expected, but we figured you would get into this, and we hoped it would be to do the right things. We heard that you won't defend anyone not Mackin and now not Bob. Maybe you will defend the gal, but you need to defend the real victim.

Yes we espouse ethics personal and business, and her personal attack on him and the company's reaction were not ethical. How can the company insist on ethics and let this happen?

The questions didn't get answers. Its way to easy for you to dismiss, or trivialize, or rationalize away these concerns as if it wasn't the real issue but like the issue was a personal attack on the woman? She might be a wonderful person. One man thought so didn't he. There was an attack intended alright, and maybe it was on her but it was against her act more.

Sir he didn't do anything wrong, and that gal's act that can burn him after the fact for a relationship that she liked when it was happening and get him banished and humiliated needs to be dealt with right.

Neither of of them had any business paying that kind of attention to the other, but everything was agreeable when it was going on, and it was agreeable when it ended. How could you let her bust him for that. Did she think she could do what she did without any back lash on herself? Sure anybody can keep or drop any friend they want, but why try to hurt one? That was an ugly and wicked act against personal ethics.

When somebody takes such an obvious screwing by our company, it is an issue, and it was your man that got it, the flag waving poster boy for our company. When does she get hers? He is who you mean when you say those we purport to be supporting? Its principles we support, and this man just happens to be the victim. We would support anyone who got slammed like this. What about you? If ethics don't mean justice they don't mean anything, and do you see justice happening here?

Everybody knows the importance of the questions, but its uncomfortable for you to confront them and easier to declare them not safe from reprisals than it is to confront. Criticism you don't want to hear is unacceptable even withinan established system. Is the established system the hotline? Its your hotline and you know that won't do any good, neither will the compliance email.

We would think you of all people would want mediation. This has made HR VP look like incompetent amateur, and he probably doesn't have experience with this, and her act and her no remorse make her look like something else. She looks perfectly ok with letting people think he did something bad deserving punishment. People have to be nice to her, but people that know what happened are hostile and nobody can look at her the same way any more and she ought to know that.
